Data Deletion

Effective date: July 1, 2026

What Can Be Deleted

Upon verified request, D3 Social can delete broker authorization sessions, stored Meta access tokens and token metadata, connected Page and Instagram account metadata, and imported or cached feed records associated with the connected website.

What We Cannot Delete

D3 Social cannot delete content directly from Facebook or Instagram. To remove content from Meta platforms, use Facebook or Instagram directly.

How To Request Deletion

Send a deletion request to privacy@example.com.

Please include your name, email address, connected website domain, Facebook Page or Instagram Business account name, and a brief statement requesting deletion of D3 Social data.

Verification

We may request additional information to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the connected account or website.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until backup rotation completes.
