Overview

D3 Social is a private integration service that helps approved website administrators connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to D3-powered websites.

Information We Collect

When an authorized administrator connects an account, D3 Social may store connection details, token metadata, Facebook Page information, linked Instagram Business account details, and imported feed data needed to display approved social content.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate approved administrators, list authorized assets, import selected social content, display configured feeds, monitor token status, and troubleshoot integration issues.

Data Sharing

D3 Social does not sell personal information. Connection data is used for the connected website, the D3 Social broker service, Meta API validation, hosting providers, and legal compliance when required.

Data Retention

Connection and imported feed data is retained while needed to provide the service to a connected website. Data may also remain for a limited period in backups or security records.

Data Deletion

Authorized users may request deletion of D3 Social connection data and imported feed records by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
